To initiate a return and refund:

  3. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Please return the product in its original packaging, along with all parts, manuals, and accessories. We cannot process returns for incomplete or damaged returns.

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods and Return Form, we will authorize a refund via the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in your account.
